How much does ListChute cost?
$19 a month, or $190 a year (two months free). Your first 3 listings are free, with no card required.
There is one plan and it includes everything — no tiers, no per-listing fees, no feature held back for a higher price. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe, and you can cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 3 listings are free, and they don't expire. No card, no countdown.
Each item you generate with the AI uses one of the three. Everything you do with those items stays free forever — regenerate them, edit their photos, publish them to eBay, revise them after they're live. The paywall only appears when you start a fourth item, so nothing you made during the trial is ever held hostage.
I used ListChute during the beta — what happens to my account?
Nothing. Every account created during the beta keeps free access, forever.
Our Terms promised advance notice before any charges. We're going further: if you signed up before pricing launched, your account is grandfathered — every feature, unlimited listings, no card, for as long as ListChute exists. It's our thank-you for testing the rough edges.
What's included?
All of it. The one plan includes every feature, and the free trial uses the same everything.
- Batch photoshoot upload, with photos click-grouped into item SKUs
- AI-written eBay titles (up to 80 characters) and HTML descriptions
- Automatic eBay category and condition selection
- Item specifics filled from eBay's own allowed values for that category
- UPC, EAN, ISBN and MPN read off packaging and validated
- A suggested starting price with the AI's reasoning written out
- Custom SKU prefixes with auto-increment for bin and shelf tracking
- Built-in non-destructive photo editor, up to 24 photos per item
- Buy It Now with Best Offer, or auctions of 3, 5, 7 or 10 days
- eBay business policies and up to two eBay Store categories
- Publish live, or save as a draft to eBay Seller Hub
- Revise live listings in place, keeping item number, watchers and bids
What does eBay charge separately?
eBay's own insertion and final value fees still apply, exactly as they would if you listed by hand.
ListChute does not add to them, discount them, or collect them. Those fees are between you and eBay, they are billed by eBay to your seller account, and using this tool changes nothing about them. Check eBay's current fee schedule for the specifics — they vary by category and by whether you have an eBay Store.
How do payments and cancellation work?
Checkout and billing run on Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Billing.
We never see or store your card number — payment details live with Stripe, the same processor behind millions of businesses. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. Listings you already published stay live on eBay no matter what; they're on your eBay account, not ours.
What's the catch?
It's beta-grade software in places, and it's eBay US only.
You may still hit rough edges, and we'd genuinely like to hear about them. A few specifics worth knowing before you commit a photoshoot to it: the price suggestion comes from the AI reading your photos and is not an analysis of sold comps; only eBay US and USD are supported; and there is no native iPhone or Android app yet, though it runs fine in a phone browser.
