Help using ListChute
Stuck connecting your eBay account, confused by a setting, or not sure why a listing won't publish. Tell us what you were doing and what you expected.
Report a bug or a bad AI result
Include the SKU and roughly when it happened if you can. Bad AI output is genuinely useful to us — it's how the prompts get better.
Delete my account
Email from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account, your listings and your uploaded photos. There is no self-service delete button in the app yet.
Request a copy of my data
Ask for what we hold on you and we'll send it. See the Privacy Policy for what that covers and who else receives it.
Are you affiliated with eBay?
No. ListChute is an independent tool built by Glitch Fix Designs, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay Inc.
We cannot help with anything that happens on eBay's side — account suspensions, fee disputes, buyer or seller problems, or returns. Those need eBay's own customer service. We can only help with ListChute itself.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within a couple of working days.
It's a small team and there's no support rota, so this is an honest estimate rather than a service-level promise. Account deletion and data requests get handled first.
How do I report a security issue?
Email the same address with "security" in the subject line, and please don't post it publicly first.
We'd rather hear about it directly and fix it. Include enough detail to reproduce it.
